Revised Budget Vote

The CPP District is presenting a new, modified budget for voter approval within the 2.97% tax levy limit on June 18th. The estimated tax rate will now decrease in this proposal.

Am I registered to vote?
Look up if you're registered to vote via the Online Voter Information Portal

District residents who are currently not registered with their County Board of Elections  and wish to register for the upcoming Budget Re-vote, can do so IN PERSON on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 between the hours of NOON and 4PM at the Administration Building, 165 Charles Street, Painted Post.

In order to register, you must be a qualified voter - 18 years of age, a resident of the District for at least 30 days prior to the vote and a U.S. Citizen.

Please note:  if you are currently registered with your County Board of Elections to vote, no further registration is required.

How do I obtain an Absentee Ballot?Application must be received by the District Clerk at least 7 days before the election if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter.

Early Mail Ballot
Any eligible voter that wishes to vote early for the annual school district election may be eligible to apply for an early voter ballot. To receive an early voter ballot, an application must first be completed. An application can be requested from the District Clerk or  download here.
By Mail: The District Clerk must receive this application at least seven (7) days before the election if the ballot is to be mailed to you. 
In Person: If someone will be personally picking up the ballot at the District Office, then the application may be submitted up to the day before the election
