Reason(s) you are seeking a seat on the BOE (200 words or less):

My decision to run for a third term on the school board comes from a profound dedication to enhancing the educational experience for all students. Throughout my career in the classroom and in administration, I've witnessed firsthand both the challenges and rewards that students, teachers, and administrators encounter.

Drawing upon my experience of over 22 years in education, I am driven to continue my involvement on the school board to support our community and our strong educational programs. I believe that effective and cohesive leadership at the board level is pivotal in shaping policies and initiatives that directly impact the trajectory of our education system.

My goal is to utilize my expertise to advocate for equitable access to resources, innovative teaching methodologies, and comprehensive multi-tiered support systems for students of all backgrounds. By serving on the board, I aspire to be a voice for educators, students, and parents alike, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed in a manner that prioritizes the overall well-being and academic success of our community's youth.

In essence, my candidacy for the school board is driven by a steadfast commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment where students are the center of all we do.
