Severn Elementary third graders performed the play "Grammarosaurus" for their school and families this past week. More performances from third grade are planned this coming week!
Teacher Mrs. Sweet said, "Who knew learning about grammar could be so much fun? The Loch Ness monster has surfaced in Scotland, and it turns out she's actually a Grammarosaurus!"
She said, "Believe it or not, Nessie and her friends are grammar experts who have come out of the lake to save the world
from a grammatical crisis. The characters include many different Grammarosauri, as well as some reporters, tourists, cameramen, and professors, who help us learn about different parts of grammar, including capital letters, plurals, contractions, and punctuation to name a few."
