Sophomore Career Day connects students with future career paths by hearing directly from those in a variety of fields. Over 30 career areas were represented Tuesday for our sophomores to learn more about and ask questions at the annual event, facilitated by the Career Development Council and held at Corning Community College.
Everything from accounting, engineering, law enforcement, nursing, heavy equipment operation and business ownership, to name a few, were detailed over
three sessions that students chose to attend, based on their interests.
Thank you to the many people across our community who volunteered their time and the Career Development Council, led by Cindy Dubots, Lori Hardee and Kristy Cragle for bringing this opportunity to our students.
