2025 Kindergarten Registration Dates Set
UPDATE: On Thursday, March 6th, Wednesday, March 12th and Tuesday, March 18th, the Corning-Painted Post Area School District will hold kindergarten registration for those children who will enter school in the fall of 2025. Children who will be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2025, are eligible for registration. At the time of registration, parents need to provide the school with medical histories, immunization records and a birth certificate or other proof of birth date. Registration will be held between 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
You will be sent an appointment date and time from your child’s school. If you are unable to make the appointment time, please call the main office of your child’s school to reschedule.
You should receive information from the school your child will attend by early March. If you do not receive any information by early March, or if you have any questions, please call the school office as soon as possible.

Please note: Immunization records are required by law. There are only 14 calendar days from the first day of school (date to be determined) to provide these records. Failure to provide these records prohibits your child from being able to attend. If you do not have these records or if you need assistance in making an appointment to get records, please reach out to the main office of the school where your child will be attending and we will have our school nurse or school social worker help you.

Scholar-Roos Debut Free Library!
"Winfield is thrilled to share that on November 1st, we unveiled our brand new little free library at Winfield Elementary," said Principal Mr. Sinko.
"This project has truly been a labor of love, thanks to 4th grade teacher Mrs. Kim Pitcher and her husband Scott, who turned this dream into a reality for our students. The library is beautifully adorned with book bindings that hold special meaning for our school, complete with cedar shake shingles and our Winfield colors."
He said, "This addition will provide countless opportunities for our community to enjoy and benefit from for years to come. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Pitcher for their generous donation, and to CPP Buildings and Grounds for their invaluable assistance in preparing for this project."
